From March 23rd to 24th, 2013, sponsored by Ministry of Education, “Students Abroad in China — Overseas Students Exercise in China” Henan division was held in Zhengzhou University. The representative team of Henan University participated in the sectional qualifying, and smoothly moved into the next round of “Jiuzhou Competition”, which will be held in Huangshan, Anhui Province in April 22nd.

The representative team of Henan University consisted of eight ISCLC students from Russia, Egypt, Kyrgyzstan, Cameroon and Mongolia and two Chinese students from College of Physical Education. The events were calisthenics, martial art, basketball, talent show and orienteering. The representative team of Henan University ranked high in martial art and talent show.

“Students Abroad in China — Overseas Students Exercise in China” is a competition facing all overseas and Chinese students from university, college and scientific research institution. It is divided into three phases, namely sectional qualifying, Jiuzhou competition and the final.
